The Yellow Ribbons flimsy is complete. The picture is a little bit dark, and the quilt is yellower than this. The flimsy is about 55-1/2" by 72"inches. The Zebra quilts tend to need a border, so that is my next trick.

You collect the most luscious yellows. What a wonderful quilt you made. This is for your mother, right?
And you made it wonderful!
Isn't it funny that the finished quilt looks like, "Of Course this is the final design" and that it took a lot of sweat and effort to get it there, which is not seen?
Ding Ding Ding - we have a winner here!
And the hits just keep on coming :) It is wonderful and amazing!
Sad to say, I was very happy with the first Yellow Ribbons picture on the August 10 post. 'Sad' because now it looks so much more complete on the August 11 post!! I admire your tenacity and your personal comprehension of how you work. You know when you are making progress and when you need to step back and wait for it all to "gel." This is a very pretty quilt. Congratulations!
