Defying Gravity is a Flimsy

I keep forgetting to take pictures sometimes when I'm sewing a quilt together. So I stopped in the middle of sewing on the border to take this one.

I've sewn all the rows of the Defying Gravity quilt together, and added the border. It will be 65" x 77".

This is a Scrap Slabs Triangle quilt. If you want to make one, you can get my tutorial here, at my Etsy shop. It's an instant download so you can get started right away.

This glows, the way you placed the shades across the rows, and a super name. Happy bordering!!!

There is something exciting seeing a quilt all crumpled under the machine needle getting a border. The colors are just wonderful.

I think I like this one the best of all your Scrap Slab quilts . . . and that photo of it being sewn together gives such scale and perspective. I love it!
