Tiger Cake
I love marble cake, but haven't really found a recipe I like much, until I found this recipe for a "Tiger Cake" at Food52. What makes this cake unique is that it's made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cold eggs, cold milk, and freshly ground black pepper. It is delicious, and I can tell you I will be making this cake again.

Black pepper? Really?
Julianne, It's called TIGER CAKE!
I'm with Julianne - black pepper sounds a bit weird!
