You never cease to amaze me. That is just beautiful!
Mr. Karate makes for a great quilt modeler. :P
Love that pattern too! I would love to see some more examples of the seminole strips.
Thanks!
I stumbled across your blog and I must say: it's great! Nice turorials too. Another blog to bookmark (will I ever get the time to quilt :)
And that quilt was made with scraps? I like it very much. You've an interesting mix of technical terms, Lynne..I like "blobs" the best! :) Your seminole strip quilt is really neat..it almost dazzles the eye.
I love it, quilt and tutorial. Thank you!
Brilliant!!
so modern!
great tutorial!
! thanks!
Hey...this quilt is great!! I was amazed how it looked when you started out and then how it finally ended up. At one point I thought you were finished, but then you went and cut some more and shuffled things around again and voile!!!
what a fun idea- I love to come up with similar ideas for fun and fast quilts too
What a gorgeous quilt! I love the crazy block quilts, you did a stunning job! I prefer to use the method you do to finish them off. I haven't mastered finishing with binding! I need a pro to show me, I'm just learning as I go and enjoyed seeing your fabulous quilt! Thanks for sharing.
Excellent tute! My readers will love it. I've scheduled a link to the post to go live on my blog mid-day (Central USA time) Sunday, August 10. Thank you so much for making this resource available!

What a great block! Another pattern to add to the to do list. :)
cool thanks for the tutorial!!
that is cool I want to try it! thanks
i'm a big fan of offset designs. so your slashed squares caught my eye. i've seen a 9 patch block cut twice thru the 'centres' that is similar but i much prefer your block. tis also clever using a big block for the back. new uses for scraps is always useful and this appears to go together quickly too. :)
i wonder how/if this would work with an applique'd circle onto a square first, then cut that off centre and resew it. hmmmm. time to get out my pencil/paper and play around with that one a bit.
thanks for a great tutorial.
what a wonderful quilt! love the big squares in the back also.

I've been looking for a quick easy baby quilt, I think this is going to be it~! thanks
