Yellow Progress

I've been sewing the yellow Macnas blocks together while I've been watching the Olympics. This is about nine of nineteen rows. The blocks are just tossed upon the wall, but I like it being a bit haphazard.

I've also been in talks with the gals at the Night Owl Quilting Studio about possible classes there. I might teach classes on the Scrap Slab Triangle quilts and the curve based Rail Fence quilts based on Sujata Seah's book Cultural Fusion Quilts. We have scheduled a birds class there in April.

You must like teaching to want to go through all the work pulling new classes together :-) Sounds like they will keep you busy.

Those yellows are really glowing up on your wall, Millie--what a lovely burst of "sunshine" for these gray days we've been having! Nice work;))) Hugs, Julierose

I would LOVE a scrap slab triangle class!! I've been eyeing that one for years. Love the yellow in all its variations.

love the haphazard layout - what a terrific quilt name, too!
