I've finished the layout of the pink/orange quilt I will call Sherbet.I've started to sew it together. I think it's going to be very pretty.
The downside?
Apparently I contracted Covid during my travel home from LA - not a cold. While I am no longer contagious, I am still feeling the effects and am recovering. I have been asked to self quarantine for another couple of days.
PS, my Darling Granddaughter is NINE today!

Happy Happy Birthday DGG, you are so special to your darling Grandma. Rest lots, no heavy exertion at all. And that might mean leaving every block just where it is for now. What with the stitches and now Covid, you do not want anything else to happen. Sherbert, perfect name.
Oh so sorry about the Covid!! Get plenty of rest; meanwhile your Sherbet is looking just so pretty--nice work...
hugs to feel better, Julierose
A lot of covid going around. Sadly, deniers won't test or protect so it's worse than reported. I'm glad you know and you're on the mend and protecting others.,
Thank you for self quarantining (too many won't/don't). Sherbet is definitely going to be a fun, happy quilt. Can't wait to see what you choose for it's backing.
