Crowing About It

The first student bird quilt, Crowing About It, is finished. I've been sewing the binding on it while catching up on Sanditon, Top Chef and The Marvelous Mrs Maisel. This is the only place in the house that I can hang it, and it gets terrible light, so this isn't a very good photo, but I PROMISE to take outdoor beauty shots when the weather improves.

Whenever that is!

Looks terrific! Love the binding. It will look great outside. Raining here and cold.

For your sake, I hope the weather improves sooner instead of later. We had a spell of dreary and wet that has finally broken into cool but sunny with intermittent windy spells. Blue skies are so good for the soul . . . (and the quilt turned out VERY well!).

They do look great together and it's exciting to see it done! 😊 I get a tickle looking at it and saying There's mine!
