Jewel Box
Once I had the arrangement of the large diamonds worked out, I removed the small four patch diamonds, and reviewed the placement of the medium diamonds. I moved some around, but not that many. Then I put the four patches back. I wanted to put them where they would contrast with the big diamonds. I'm pretty happy with this layout, and I'll start sewing it up.

Hey Lynne. Looking very bright! Three of the darker larger diamonds are int he same row... 70 degrees. Is that naughty of me to mention that? :)
I like the colours of the smaller diamonds running up and down, And altogether, stunning.
I think it is divine - love the colors and the textures and the wide number of different fabrics . And in person it would be even better!!
This is one of your quilts that I would like to see in person. I bet the photo doesn't do it justice. Lovely!
