Happy Birthday! The cake sounds cool, but I LOVE the plate on which it is sitting.
Happy Birthday. Nice of you to share with your co-workers. For my retirement party I fixed a lunch for 35 people. Ravioli (2 fillings), lasagna, 2 different sauces one with sausage, chicken, cut pork butt cubes, and braccioli, garlic bread, spaghetti, tossed salad, roasted asparagus, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, chocolate cherry cannoli cake, peanut butter fudge pie and lots of whipped cream. There was more, but I can't remember what. There are those of us that get more joy from doing for others than being pampered and I think you are a kindred spirit.

OMG! I am so glad I did not miss it!!! I came close!!!!!!! Just happened to come over to view your blog and saw the cake!!!!! it looks wonderful! I can tell how moist it is from here!
