Blue Deco, Quilted

The Blue Deco quilt is back from being quilted. I always let Chris decide how to quilt my quilts. She knows what to do. The Blue Deco will be used primarily as a tablecloth, so it needed to be durable, but it didn't need anything over the top. I love this regular swirl design.

As usual, Millie has to do her own QA check.

What did you use for the batting layer in this? The usual or something lighter since it will be a table cover? I'd never thought of making a quilted tablecloth and I love this one!

Very pretty. I really like the quilting on this one, too.

I just love both the quilt and the quilting

I haven't been at my computer until now, but wanted to say, I love it! I see Millie does also. I used the hobbs heirloom 80/20 batting like I do on all quilts. It never really crossed my mind to use anything else, but I guess you could. Anyway somewhere down the road you will likely change it out, then it will still be a quilt you can use to lay under, am I making sense? anyway, tell Millie 'hi' and thanks for her approval, it means much to me!

Given that it's a tablecloth, I'm concerned about cat fur. I appreciate that Millie has to undertake a rigorous QA inspection, but equally, I'd hate to see cat fur in your muesli tomorrow morning.

What a pretty quilt! Great idea to have wavy lines for the quilting. Looks lovely!
