I've finally got the binding all sewn on the black rules quilt, and now I'm in the process of hand sewing it down on the front.
Black thread on a black quilt... practically invisible! I think my days of doing the hand sewing down on the front are numbered!

I feel you "pain" in more ways than one ... once you get over the mind hurdle of not doing the hand stitching ...
Can't wait to to see the FINISH!
As someone else has pointed out, this is supposed to be fun. If it hurts, it's time to look for a better way. No shame there.
What a great creation, I love the quilt and--rules--what rules?
I have a question do you always hand sew on the front.I only knew to hand sew on the back its good to you why you do it on the front.
