I have sewn the letters of "goldenrod" together. So far I like the way it is looking
Here are the duds so far this round...
There's nothing really wrong with any of them, they just didn't work in the words for which they were originally intended..

okay supsense is killing me, WHAT word have you chosen for green, I've thinking and the only nine letter words for green were two foods. So tried a little searching and must not have searched in the right places. I found one word, and have never heard of it before. And I figured the word you would choose, lover of unusal words, would not include the word green, so I am stumped and once you say it, I'll probably go "ohhhh why didn't i think of that". And as favorite words, aubergine is one of mine. so are you going to give it up yet?
i think it is odd/interesting that your "duds" spell "dorm" and i'm working on a block for my neice's dorm room quilt.
LOVE that R!
Well, naturally I could arrange them other ways, but they made a word, so I set them out that way.
Looking good Lynne! Even the "duds"!
The R is dancing...
Ton's taken the words out of my mouth.
Yes - what are you going to do for green (and black for that matter).
Helen, You are right. I think "misfits" is better term in this case.
