A Little Side Trip
A friend of mine asked for two long, narrow (10" x 40") quilts for the windowsill her cats sit on when they watch the world go by. The cats are girls, so I wanted them "girly" but not overly so. 
These strips are 2.5" (6.35cm) finished. So this is the plan...

What a great idea! We have wonderful windowsills here, that we sit in all the time. We will have to nudge mommy into this creative quilt project! Muffin, Jelly Bean, Horatio, Puss & Dusty.
