For Helen's "The Rules" quilt, I had originally envisioned the word "FUN" in a bright hot pink, and I wanted to ease into it by having "all the" in pink as well.
But against the bright yellow background, they didn't show up very well. I even tried switching the two "all"'s, but it just didn't work.
So I had to do them over.Oh well!

Sometimes a do over is worth it! I love it!!
Agreed, especially after my recent experience with Waste Not Want Not ... do-overs are essential for our deeper satisfaction (we just have to get over ourselves and listen to the quilts!).
I hope you save all those leftover letters ~ what a great "pieces and parts" box that would be!!
