I made a couple more flowers for the Quick Brown Fox. I haven't finalized the layout yet. I'm thinking of a row of flowers between "jumps over" and "the lazy fox."

I also tried making a fox.

I'm not thrilled with this, the white is too bright, and the fox is too big, and I have decided not to use it. The quilt is about the letters, not the animals.

I really like the fox!
I like the fox too. When I did mine I made the ears and tail 3D and I put on an eye that is used on dolls etc. You could dull the white with tea dyeing but I don't find it too bright. I think that is the way foxes are.
I love the flowers. I'm going to have to try some of them.
oh I like the fox! looks like he's about to jump right into the quilt.
The quilt is really shaping up! I love it. If you don't like the fox so much with the white, what about gray?
INTO the quilt!
TONYA, You're a GENIUS!
I'm lovin' the fox. Put him somewhere.
I love the quilt, but I will confess to not lovin' the fox. I thought it was a red nosed reindeer.
Sorry. :( (And if you love it, please blow off my opinion)
I do think you are definitely on the right track! Keep it up, I'm getting really excited to see the finished product!
I really like the quilt as it is with the flowers, without the fox, Could he be perfect for the back though... jumping over a lazy dog maybe?
No fox needed. I think the row of tulips sound really good and am anxious to see how that works. I have been busy all day and not able to paint. Oh that is so hard. Love Mama, Jeanne
