No Pinwheels

This won't be it either. I don't like the regular pinwheels. I want something a bit more scattered and unpredictable.

I've got to bring my sewing machine back to the shop today, so I won't be sewing for a few days. Which is a bummer, but I have a lot of other things to do, so it will be fine.

I've added a new Page to the blog, it's going to show all the quilt tops I have made that are not yet quilted. You can find it here.

Happy New Year!

I love all the different quilts you're making from the triangles, Fruit Loops is my favorite so far. Is there the possibility you can do a tutorial on making the Fruit Loops one from the viewpoint of explaining everything from making slabs etc to end point? I Love, Love, Love your blog. Been reading it and Millie's for many years now. Happy New Year to you!

It's interesting, I liked the single one but agree multiples don't work. But as I type this I wonder what happens when you offset them? Maybe it is because of the high contrast?

Looking forward to your next option.

I'm not such a fan of this layout and was waiting to see your reaction, which confirms my thoughts. I'm loving this series and I love the way you explain why you change things around. Happy New Year to you, Millie and your California family :)

While you get light pinwheel, you also get dark ...saw blades? I love this kind of thing.
