Too Tired

I've been in a bit of a sewing slump for the last few days, so I decided to work up a design for a house. Here is the plan I came up with. Then I thought, well, I can do a bit of sewing before I go to bed...
It's fuzzy, yes, and it may look good, but I sewed the doors and windows to the fabric that should be the background.

So I just went to bed.

Some days are like that. On the other hand, some accidents turn out to be fortuitous! You might be the only one who can tell it should be the background. Love the people in the windows.

I like the kitty in the window, too. I Thursday nights tend to be like that anyway--the week just kinda comes crushing down on you. I'm looking forward to the next step in your house!

It sounds like Plan B for that block, LOL. I have done silly things like that before too but I don't take them apart, I just revise my choices for the block.

Sleep helps the design process. I am sadly giving my house quilt over to the auction today. This thing better make bundles of money or I want it back!

Sometimes you just have to put things down and start fresh on a new day.

Get some rest and sweet dreams. This is so cute, and such an inspiration. The cat and children in the windows are wonderful. This has given me new ideas for making quilts for children ministries. Thank you! Cannot wait
to see the finished block.
