Cutie Patootie
Here's my new "fairy nephew" in the snuggie I made this summer. Isn't he just adorable? Turns out I sized it just right, he weighed 9 lbs 3 oz when he was born on Tuesday!

Snuggler Link
Peggy, I had to download the pattern for the Snuggler from this link:
http://blog.craftzine.com/archive/2009/05/craft_pattern_podcast_snuggler.html
Once at this page, there is a link to download the pattern as a PDF file. Then you print it, cut it out, put the pieces together and presto - you have a pattern!
It needs a yard of fabric, a yard of fleece and about a half yard of Velcro (also known as "hook and loop tape") and thread.
Have fun!

Baby Snuggler
My friend asked if I could make one of these for the baby she is expecting.
Of course I said yes.
I had bought this wonderful Philip Jacobs fabric a few weeks ago and thought it would be perfect.
It's a baby snuggler, designed wrap a baby nice and snug.
Placing the velcro strips was a bit tricky.
I did a bit of testing first.
