I got home from work yesterday and packed up all the Gizzy blocks.
They will be going to a quilt guild where they will be part of donation quilts. Woo hoo!
So the diamonds are back on the wall. I will think about what color quilt I want on my bed and go from there.

I think this will be a joy to find those other diamonds and plan one for yourself.
Isn't it funny how our tastes change over time? I look at colors sold by year and realize that it is partially shaped by availability but in my case it is also what I have worked with and where I want to go from here.
The cool colors in this are pretty near my sweet spot. I think the sparks of orange and red are needed, but the blues and greens immediately jumped out at me. Isn't it interesting how we are drawn to colors, and that that changes over time?
