Here's a cute little bluebird for the quilt for the Doll Quilt Swap. I will add a button for an eye.
Hey Julie! Do you like birds?

What a cute little bird! The fabric is just perfect too!
Chirp Chirp ... we have a feeder outside our kitchen window (fill it every morning and they empty it before noon) ... cardinals and blue jays and a gazillion kinds of sparrows, turtle doves and grackles, cowbirds (not so much) and red finches - even an occasional hummingbird! Oh, and then there's the brown oil-drilling bird (some sort of thrush, he walks like a sandpiper)
The bluebird of Happyness?
What a cutie!! If he has a brother, I’d be happy to find a happy home for him. :) :) My mom raised birds when I was young, so I am always sweet on them. Can’t wait to see the finished quilt.
Cheers!
Rachel
