Awesome! The idea is so creative and totally unique.
So how much ice did it take after THAT much hand stitching???!?
LOOKS GREAT ... congrats on the finish!
it is inspiring - truly!!! now i REALLY want to learn how to do letters!!!
I want to stare at this all day, and it's a photo on my computer. It's so wonderful. If I were seeing it in person, I think I'd drool.

The words are so STRAIGHT!! It is beautiful - I'm impressed! What a simple idea but a wow of a quilt! Good job!!!
Studying the letters close up is mesmerizing. I love the color changes, the fact that there are 3 letters that aren't full height in their word, and I think that I could just stare at it for hours . Persimmon is gorgeous, and the'C' in Malachite looks like the stone itself.
This is so gorgeous! Congratulations on a wonderful finish!
I love this quilt. I love all the differences in the "fonts" and the letters. And it was so fun to watch you do this one, and learn along with your process. I've learned so much from reading your blog. I want to be able to do this just like you when I grow up! LOL
Lynne, this quilt is really inspiring and fun and fabulous and it's been a lot of fun to watch it come together. From Lynne :-) X
