I didn't bother with the colored pencils for this one, I went straight to my fabric stash and started pulling fabrics.

White plaid for the house, black confetti for the roof, pink, coral and red for the windows, a bright red door, fun designs on the chimney, green grass, and a tall tree out of swirly greens.

I already have a great idea for the next one, but it's a bit more complicated, so I doubt it will be ready for Thursday.
I hope the kids have as much fun with this as I am.

I'm loving your wonky houses! If you're not careful, you're going to end up with 2 quilts - one done by you and one done by your niece and nephew! *grin* The houses are great and get better with each new one you do!
Glad to see that I'm not the only one up late doing a blog post!
Love it, love it, love it. Brilliant!
When do you get the coloured ones back?
Another beauty! You are going to have one great neighborhood when you are done.
Darling ... you are good! TTFN ~Marydon
these are getting better with each one! I love the patterned fabrics you've moved to with this one, much more "wonky" :-)
I love the way the plaid works up -- adds to the craziness!
Building houses can be very addictive, I know!
