Blue Macnas Flimsy Done

 

I've sewn the Blue Macnas flimsy together. 



After I sewed all the blocks into rows, and then chunks, I added the white border.

Here it is on the design wall. The quilt will have a blue binding.

    Reminds me of the changing blue colors in the hot springs of Yellowstone….the ones that are so hot non of the yellow orange bacteria can grow.

    Blue is far from my favorite color but this one is so pretty that I'm inspired to make a blue quilt.

    I love the simplicity of the Macnas design - and your beautiful blue version is so full of things to look at more closely.
