Four Seasons

I have to figure out what to use as a border, then I can assemble the top and send it to Chris to be quilted... This little beauty deserves better than my clunky quilting!

  1. The quilt looks good. How about making each edge a different colour to represent the four seasons. You could put some embroidered sprouting seeds on the spring side, Suns on the summerside, autumn leaves on the next and snowflakes on the winter. Or something along those lines.

  3. I am not going to give you advice, you're doing great on your own! I just want to say, again, WOW. I adore this little quilt. It just keeps on getting better and better.

I am awestruck by it and you and your talent. So there. :)

  4. I am so loving the progression of this quilt!! The quilt airing in the spring breeze so perfectly balances the house in the winter row. The fabric you chose for the tree with no leaves is just plain awesome!

I can't wait to see what you do next!

    In stitches,
    Teresa :o)

  5. I love it!! The best part is that little quilt hanging a the top. A quilter definitely needs that in her quilt top for sure.
