I've made another bird for my mother's bird quilt. I had had a pile of blacks with bright colors on my worktable and told myself I had to make a bird from the fabrics that were on the table.
That black with green fits perfectly for the wing….I love it. Sometimes I find the challenge of using just what’s in the bin or leftovers from the last quilt to be some of the most fun and turn out to be some of the best projects.
It has been fun watching all these birds evolve from this beautiful fabrics
