When go to your nephew's 6th grade strings concert at his school,
and you will be sitting in the bleachers...Bring a pillow.
How do I know this? Two hours after it ended, and two painkillers later, it still hurt.
(On the other hand... I sense a fun little quilting project. A pillow... made from selvages? Or maybe with some wonky letters... saying something saucy perhaps...?)
My nephew played great!
At least it's only your backside that hurt and not your ears! :-)
ReplyDeletePiwacket has a point. Can't wait to see the new project.
ReplyDelete"Sit on it" might be appropriate wording for your cushion.
ReplyDeleteOh dear! Well, I know your nephew was proud for you to be there, that is worth the pain, right??!
ReplyDeleteHow precious, he is. I'll bet your cushy will be a relief ...

Try using a spare of bubblewrap. It's lightweight, rolls up tiny enough to fit into a purse and gives just enough "cush" to make a hard bench fairly comfy.
ReplyDeleteMum takes her cushion from the baseball team.
ReplyDeletelol good idea!
ReplyDeletelet them guess on the shape until you make it!
