It's That Time

It's THAT time again.

Time to clean the sewing studio because it's just to messy to work in.

I've set out my fabrics for three of the four seasons house panels.  What are you doing this lovely sunny weekend?

I just finished the back for Sedici (the 16 patch) AND the back for Alpha Palooza - both will be handed to CB tomorrow. Now I'm off to take out the trash (very little since these two used LOTS of scraps), and take care of the "piles" that have accumulated while I worked. I also oiled my machine after I cleaned out the lint! Getting ready to work on Crisis Averted next...

Must be the sunshine is good for both of us!

p.s. We've been invaded by robins - we have 3 bird baths and there are 4-6 robins in each every time I look out the window ... Millie would so LOVE it!

At the Houston International Quilt Show! Been here all week taking classes, shopping and admiring amazing quilts. And always meeting quilters from all over the world. In the hotel elevator with 2 women from Russia. Two women from Peru saw my selvage bag and stopped me. Couldn't speak English but wanted a picture. We were able to communicate with hand signals. Fun week!

On our way home from a lovely campout with our VW group. Drizzled some Saturday but not too much and we actually had to pull out sunglasses for the drive home. Unheard of in the PNW in November!!!

I've spent all weekend sewing like a crazy person.

3 quilts ready to go to their owners on Wednesday. Phew!

Time to chill I think.

Wow. I imagine if I had space to work, my space would look like that. I use a corner of my dining room and have to clean it up often, often more than once a day for meals.
