A Big Change

Sitting in my computer room last night, I thought, "... this room is bigger, why don't I make this my sewing studio?" After a bit of playing with graph paper I came up with a plan.
It will be a hell of a lot of work, but I want to do it.

Two other things...

1. I am SO HAPPY about the winner of Project Runway! I won't spill the beans in case you haven't seen it, but I was THRILLED!

2. My son turns 30 today. Where did the years go? I love you honey!

why is it that we love to make work for ourselves? Go for it. Happy birthday to you son, mine eldest is 40 this year.

Moving your sewing room will be worth all the hard work. Change is fun! A new view on things. But do not move anything too heavy. Happy Birthday to your son. He is your blessing!

Handsome son! happy birthday to him. I agree with you on the PR winner. Was the best choice.

He's cute! Happy birthday Mr. Karate. I was thrilled with the winner too. The designer showed a lot of heart as a person and the clothes were awesome.

Glad you are going to invest the energy in your sewing studio upgrade - you will NOT be sorry (unless you try to be super-woman and move too much by yourself).

Happy birthday to DS - he's a year younger than our oldest - GREAT to have good sons!

A big Happy Birthday to your son~you two look alike (you both have that same wonderful smile.) I have a second bedroom that was once my "creativity room". All my art stuff has been put away and it has turned into my quilt studio. Don't you just love the word "studio"? Your room is going to be awesome.

I was clapping and hooraying last night as well. I love Project Runway and I thought this year was one of the best for talent.

I see you included a nice big cat shelf. It's good to see you have your priorities straight.

I'd help you move it all, I love to rearrange and never get the chance in this house, all the rooms are too small.

It's going to be so worth it, Lynne! Have fun making a big mess before you get it all straightened out!

Oh, great looking kid you've got there! Hunky, even. :) Yeah, I'm old and married, too, but I'm not dead, yet!

Lynne, your son is what we would call a big SPUNK in Oz! Very nice on the eye!! Great plans for the room, envious!
