I really like the way those blocks look. A friend of mine made a quilt like that I believe in Jan. I put doing one like it on my to do list. Then I saw your blog about not sleeping and saw the first blocks with the wonky triangles. I REALLY like that part. So I got busy and made one too.
My name is Lynne Tyler and I live in New England in the USA. I've been sewing since 5th grade and making quilts since college. I love working with abstract shapes and color. I love strip piecing. I'm trained as an artist, and I love the graphic quality of quilts. I'd rather take the time to make something beautiful than buy something ugly. My companion is my tuxedo cat, Millie, who has her own blog at darlingmillie.blogspot.com.

They are exquisite indeed!
I really like this look! It's going to make a fantastic baby quilt!
that is so pretty and it's a nice way to be using up scraps huh?
Beautiful, I really love the bright colours. I think I need to check out that book you talked about in an earlier post!
The splashes of color on this one are really great. I wouldn't have expected to like that pattern so much, but I love it!
